Dr Danene Hopkins

Consulting on: Mondays and Wednesdays
Danene Hopkins is interested in all areas of General Practice including Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Mental Health, Preventative Medicine, Older persons health, and Palliative Care.
Danene is a General Practice Supervisor and Quality Assurance Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She enjoys teaching (and learning from) the next generation of General Practitioners.

Dr Kavina Sivakumaran
MBBS (UK), MRCP (UK), FRACGP
Full-time Senior General Practitioner
Consulting on: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Dr Kavina did her medical degree and initial specialist physician training in General Medicine in the UK. She completed her physician exams and obtained the MRCP UK qualifications in 2009. After moving to Australia she pursued family medicine as a specialty.
Dr Kavina has an interest and experience in sexual health having done genitourinary/sexual health specialty training in the UK and Brisbane. She also has an interest in adult medicine, chronic disease management, paediatrics and women’s health including antenatal care.

Dr Paul Bryan

Dr Bryan has extensive experience in general medicine, men’s health, women’s health, sexual health, mental health, geriatrics, chronic disease, musculoskeletal injuries, Implanon, Pap smears, and minor surgery. He also has additional qualifications in skin cancer and paediatrics. He is proud to have represented fellow doctors with several organisations at both state and national level.

Dr Patricia Porras Rodriguez
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH
Full-time Senior General Practitioner

Dr Porras Rodriguez trained as a Medical Doctor in Venezuela before migrating to Australia in 2007. She has completed a Diploma in Child Health in Adelaide and finished her GP training in rural SA in 2018.
Special Interests include Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Skin cancers and lesion removal, Management of chronic diseases.
Over 45 Health Assessments, and ongoing management of Over 65’s is another area of interest. Bulk billing available for over 65 chronic care plans and health assessment
Dr Porras Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish, and is happy to consult with my patients in Spanish if they prefer.

Dr Lucinda Luckett
MBBS, FRACGP, BA
Part-time General Practitioner

I like to practice holistic, preventative medicine, treating the whole person to encourage overall wellness. I feel comfortable seeing patients from all backgrounds and want people of any gender, sexuality or culture to feel welcome. I am a mother myself and I am happy to see children of all ages, and welcome teenagers alone or with their parents. I am confident with all aspects of general practice and have a special interest in paediatrics, mental health, sexual health, drug and alcohol issues and women’s health.

Dr Bruce Maybloom
MBBS, MPH, MBA, BN, FPAA (Cert), DAME
Full-time General Practitioner

Bruce was a children’s intensive care nurse for many years. He studied medicine at Bond University and completed his hospital doctoring at Mater Children’s, Adult’s & Mother’s Hospitals as well as at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. He is trained and certified in reproductive and sexual health medicine by the Family Planning Alliance of Australia and is specially trained to do Implanon and IUD (Mirena/Kyleena/Copper) insertions and removals.
He is certified by Civil Aviation (CASA) to conduct Pilot and Air Traffic Controller medicals. He is also an accredited railways medical examiner. Bruce is married with adult children.

Dr Wendy Wong

Dr Wendy Wong has over 20 years’ clinical experience as a doctor with extensive training in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as an Advanced Trainee of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr Wong works part time as a General Medical Practitioner and also works at her own cosmetic clinic ‘The Ivy Clinic’.
Her interests include:
Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Older people’s health, Cosmetic skin conditions and issues, Skin checks, skin cancer excisions & minor procedures, as well as Iron infusions.

Clare Dooley
Remedial Massage Therapist
As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Clare enjoys working with people from all age groups and backgrounds. She understands the importance of reclaiming your lifestyle following setbacks, whether that be surgery, cancer treatment, injuries or simply tight muscles and pain that prevent you from doing what you love.
Clare will assess where you need treatment and what may be causing the pain. Each massage treatment will be specific to your body, age, lifestyle and needs. A combination of techniques including Remedial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Myo-fascial Release will be used to get an effective and longer-lasting result.
This tailored approach is excellent for releasing patterns of chronic tension throughout the body, which arise from poor posture and time spent in front of a computer and is an effective treatment for chronic conditions resulting from stress, overuse or injury.

Mark Bayley
Acupuncturist
Graduating in 1991 and located in Brisbane since 1997, Mark is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine / acupuncture.
Registered with A.H.P.R.A and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia, Mark has a compassionate no nonsense approach to your health care built on integrity and best practice.
Mark has a particular interest in working with patients with fertility challenges and women’s health as well as helping people address issues with pain relief or management and stress using diagnostic and treatment principles of Traditional Chinese medicine while embracing the strengths of modern medicine, in an integrated approach to your health care.
